Wedding dance lessons in Brooklyn

Brooklyn couples are some of our most frequent students. Most neighborhoods have a direct train to Midtown, so the studio is usually one ride with no transfers.

Getting to the studio from Brooklyn

  • A, C and D trains run from Brooklyn straight to 59th St–Columbus Circle, a few blocks from the studio.
  • N, Q and R trains run to 57th St–7th Avenue, one avenue east.
  • From the G or L, transfer to the A/C/E at Hoyt–Schermerhorn or 8th Avenue.

What we plan for with Brooklyn couples

Brooklyn weddings in lofts, breweries and warehouse spaces often have concrete floors — we rehearse in the shoes you'll actually wear.

Rooftop and garden receptions can mean uneven surfaces; we keep footwork simple and lean on shape and connection instead.

Weekend morning lessons are popular with Brooklyn couples who'd rather not head into Midtown on weeknights.

Couples we teach from

Private lessons with Broadway veteran Sandro. Most couples take four to six one-hour lessons, starting eight to twelve weeks out.
